Which PayPal Payment Solution is right for me?

ShopSite Shopping Cart Software has integrated PayPal's payment solutions directly into ShopSite Starter, Manager, and Pro stores. With support for PayPal Express Checkout, PayPal Website Payments Pro, and PayPal Website Payments Standard, ShopSite merchants can accept Credit Card or PayPal payments easily and securely.1

A 2006 survey of small and medium-sized businesses found merchants who offered PayPal increased sales an average of 14%2. ShopSite merchants can include PayPal as a payment option on the Shopping Cart screen. PayPal payments can be accepted in addition to any payment options the merchant offers, regardless of what payment processing method is being used.

ShopSite merchants can accept credit card payments to a PayPal account without having to obtain a commercial merchant account. PayPal Website Payments Pro can be used to accept Credit Card payments directly in the ShopSite shopping cart, or merchants can use PayPal Website Payments Standard to accept Credit Card payments without having to pay monthly or setup fees.

  2. Sign Up for a PayPal business or premier account.
  3. Configure ShopSite to use PayPal. See our online help for setting up PayPal Website Payments Pro (including PayPal Express Checkout) or PayPal Website Payments Standard in ShopSite.
